Q: How do I get a price quote?
If you have seen something at one of your local stores and want to know what price we would sell the same item to you, just make a note of the product name, brand name, model number, style and optional features. Then, simply go to the Discount Shopping link to shop on line. Or, if you prefer to speak with someone, you can call us 24 hours a day at (800) 766-2616. Be sure to have your membership number and group number (9147) handy along with the product information.

Q: How is shipping handled?
Items will be shipped to the home either by UPS or by carrier (depending on size). Large items that are shipped by carrier cannot be set up for a particular date or time, but the carrier will contact you prior to delivery.

Q: How is sales tax handled?
The Shopping Service charges applicable sales tax for all items shipped to Illinois addresses. In addition sales tax is charged if our vendor or manufacturer is required to collect sales tax in your state and on intrastate shipments. In the case that the Shopping Service does not collect sales tax, members may be liable for use taxes.

Q: Can I return merchandise?
You may request return authorization for items that are unused and packed in the original carton, with all accessories, packing material, and printed material within 10 days receipt of the item. A credit or refund will be processed when the shipper receives the returned item. If you are returning an item for any other reason except having received the wrong item, you are responsible for all shipping, handling and restocking fees (charged by the vendor) incurred. Items that have been special ordered or customized my not be returned.
